When is a product accepted for warranty service?

A product is accepted for inspection when it meets the basic requirements for policy coverage, identification, condition, and usage history.

The product must belong to a category covered by the PKG Battery warranty policy at the time it is received.

The applicable warranty period is still valid.

Warranty validity is determined by purchase information, activation date, or the terms for each product line.

Sufficient product identification is available.

Customers must provide the product code, serial number, purchase information, or related documents for verification.

Labels and identifying marks remain verifiable.

Warranty labels, serial numbers, QR codes, and other product identifiers must remain intact and readable.

The product shows a fault requiring professional inspection.

A technician must receive and inspect the abnormal condition before determining its cause and resolution.

The product was used, installed, and stored according to instructions.

The product must be operated for its intended purpose, installed correctly, and stored as recommended by the manufacturer.

The product has not been opened or repaired by an unauthorized party.

The product must show no signs of unauthorized opening, structural modification, or third-party repair.
